1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "rx550," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the rx550 gaming platform, its operators, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who creates an account, accesses, or uses the rx550 platform and services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User on the rx550 platform for the purpose of placing bets, playing casino games, and conducting financial transactions.
• "Platform" refers to the rx550 website, mobile applications, and all related software, services, and content provided by rx550.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions, including all schedules, appendices, and amendments thereto.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by rx550 to Users.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User into their rx550 Account using approved payment methods.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's rx550 Account to their designated payment method.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account and use the rx550 platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. rx550 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 Account Creation

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You may only create one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual (detected through matching personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers) will be closed, and any associated funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions

Users from certain jurisdictions may be restricted from accessing rx550 services. You are responsible for determining whether your use of rx550 complies with applicable local laws. rx550 shall not be liable for any violations of local gaming laws by Users accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions.

2.4 Verification Requirements

rx550 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide identification documents including valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership when requested. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended, and withdrawals may be withheld until verification is complete.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify rx550 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. rx550 will investigate such reports but shall not be liable for any losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Activity Monitoring

rx550 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for suspicious behavior including but not limited to: unusual betting patterns, bonus abuse, coordinated play with other accounts, or activities indicative of money laundering. rx550 may temporarily suspend Accounts during investigation of suspected violations.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods

rx550 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT), and other payment methods displayed on the platform. All deposits must originate from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential Account closure.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Each payment method has specified minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages. rx550 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice. VIP members may be eligible for higher transaction limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified for each payment method, typically between five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallets and up to three (3) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or if additional verification is required. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds require identity verification before processing.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Requirements

In compliance with Philippine and international AML regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. Withdrawal requests for unplayed or insufficiently wagered deposits may be declined. rx550 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will report suspicious financial activity as required by law.

4.5 Payment Processing Fees

rx550 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors or your financial institution may impose their own transaction fees which are beyond rx550's control and for which rx550 bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions offered by rx550 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotion page and must be read carefully before acceptance. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to new and existing customers and may be restricted to one use per household, IP address, or payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before conversion to withdrawable cash. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

rx550 strictly prohibits bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play between accounts to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other activity determined by rx550 to constitute abuse of promotional offers. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potentially Account closure with confiscation of all funds.

5.4 Bonus Cancellation

You may cancel an active bonus at any time through your Account dashboard. Cancellation will forfeit the bonus balance and any winnings derived from the bonus. Your original deposit (if any) will remain available for withdrawal subject to standard withdrawal requirements.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on rx550 is governed by its own specific rules which are accessible within the game interface. You agree to familiarize yourself with and abide by these game-specific rules. In the event of any discrepancy between game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where game-specific rules impose more stringent requirements.

6.2 Random Number Generation and Fairness

All rx550 casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be manipulated by rx550 or by players. RNG systems are regularly audited by independent testing agencies to verify compliance with gaming fairness standards.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or software that plays on your behalf
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting technical errors or game malfunctions for profit
• Card counting, edge sorting, or other advantage play techniques in live dealer games
• Use of VPN or proxy services to disguise your location
• Fraudulent charge-backs or payment disputes made in bad faith
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward rx550 staff or other players

6.4 Maximum Bet Rules

When playing with active bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply as specified in the bonus terms. Typical maximum bets are ₱200-500 per spin or hand while bonus wagering requirements are active. Bets exceeding these limits may result in bonus and winnings forfeiture even if wagering requirements have been met.

6.5 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. rx550 will credit your Account with the amount of voided bets. If a malfunction results in erroneous winnings being credited to your Account, rx550 reserves the right to deduct such amounts and may suspend your Account pending investigation.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Platform Ownership

All content on the rx550 platform including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, game interfaces, audio, video, and database compilations is the property of rx550 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

7.2 Prohibited Use

You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, or exploit any portion of the rx550 platform without express written consent. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the platform.

7.3 User Content

Any content you submit to rx550 including chat messages, support communications, or feedback grants rx550 a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for business purposes. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While rx550 strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. rx550 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rx550's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) month period preceding the claim, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱1,000), whichever is greater. rx550 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

8.3 Third-Party Services

rx550 utilizes third-party service providers for payment processing, game provision, and other services. rx550 is not responsible for failures, errors, or delays caused by third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by those providers.

8.4 Force Majeure

rx550 shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

9. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

9.1 Internal Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute concerning your rx550 Account or any transaction, you must first contact rx550 customer support via live chat, email, or phone. Provide a detailed description of the issue including relevant dates, transaction IDs, and supporting documentation. rx550 will investigate complaints and respond within ten (10) business days. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.

9.2 Escalation Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with rx550's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to our compliance department by submitting a written request to the email address provided in our contact information. The compliance department will conduct a final review and issue a binding decision within thirty (30) days.

9.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

If internal resolution procedures do not resolve your dispute, you may refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service or to the licensing authority that regulates rx550's operations. Contact information for relevant regulatory bodies will be provided upon request.

9.4 Legal Proceedings

Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine law.

10. Termination and Account Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to verification and compliance with withdrawal requirements. Closure requests are processed within seven (7) business days. Accounts with active bonuses will forfeit those bonuses upon closure.

10.2 Involuntary Termination

rx550 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, underage gaming, providing false information, or any conduct that rx550 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other users. In cases of serious violations, rx550 may withhold Account balances pending investigation and may report violations to relevant authorities.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. rx550 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱500 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is less) on inactive accounts until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will receive email notification prior to imposition of inactivity fees.

10.4 Post-Closure Obligations

Following Account closure, you remain bound by these Terms with respect to activities that occurred while your Account was active. Obligations related to confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive Account closure indefinitely.

11. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

11.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

We provide tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and reality check reminders. 11.2 Self-Exclusion Options

If you feel you need a break from gaming, you may self-exclude your Account for periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to six (6) months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to login, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Accounts found to be held by minors will be immediately closed, funds returned to the depositing source, and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Amendments to Terms

rx550 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the platform at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Continued use of rx550 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with modifications, you must close your Account.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

12.3 Waiver

Failure by rx550 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of rx550.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, Game Rules, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and rx550 concerning your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written.

12.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from rx550. rx550 may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, successor, or acquirer without notice or consent.
